Terms of Use
Effective: August 16, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Netanel Shoshan concerning the Kash application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Kash, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kash.
Kash is licensed to you, not sold.
2. License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kash on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, sell, or commercially exploit Kash except where applicable law permits it.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive Kash source code except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
- Interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe security, or use Kash to transmit malicious material.
- Use Kash unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
3. Accounts and your data
You are responsible for activity under your account, protecting access to your devices and sign-in methods, and keeping the information you enter accurate. Kash calculations and summaries depend on the records you provide and may be incomplete or inaccurate when those records are incomplete or inaccurate.
You retain your rights in the content and financial records you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, and display that content solely to operate Kash.
4. No financial advice
Kash does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Budgets, charts, maps, projections, summaries, and other information are general tools based on the records available to Kash. You remain responsible for your decisions and should consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep Kash reliable, but the app or cloud services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted. Features may change as the product, platform requirements, or third-party services evolve. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of Kash, subject to applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing important records and maintaining any independent backup you require.
6. Apple and third-party services
These terms are between you and Netanel Shoshan, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Kash, its content, maintenance, support, and claims relating to it, except as applicable law provides. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for Kash.
Kash may use or link to services operated by Apple, Google, Firebase, and others. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
7. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kash is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
If Kash fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation relating to Kash.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or financial decisions arising from your use of or inability to use Kash. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Kash and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, threaten the service or other users, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
10. Legal compliance and Apple beneficiary
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on a United States government restricted-party list.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. After you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Kash, legal requirements, or service providers. The current version and effective date will remain available here. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
